Reviews supporting manufacturing documentation ensure it contains the necessary criteria and provisions to permit effective inspection and testing of materials. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies. Analyzes instructions on routine assignments and detailed instruction on new assignments. Reporting to the Manager of Quality, assist in improving the Quality Management System. This will be accomplished by the updating of departmental ISO9001:2000/AS9100 documentation, audits, and corrective actions. Preparing and writing technical documents such as test plans/reports (i.e., failure analysis reports and Qualification/validation reports). Additional duties will include line support, MRB dispositions, supplier selection and mentoring. Assist on first pass yield improvement, cost reductions, training, and utilizing scientific controls over the production process.
