US-TX-SanAntonio: Quality Engineer by http://sqa.fyicenter.com 12/05/2011 03:58 US-TX-SanAntonio: Quality Engineer To apply for this position, please visit this Website. http://sqa.fyicenter.com/jobs/99665930_Quality_Engineer.html To see other opportunities, please visit http://sqa.fyicenter.com Date: 02-Dec-2011 Quality Engineer • Developing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluation of products for acceptability • Participating in the development and execution of equipment installation and operational qualifications. • Participating in the development and execution of process validations. • Participating in developing and maintaining support systems for production work processes • Training new and existing employees in cGMPs, cGTP, and QA procedures • Maintenance of the calibration program • Providing cross-functional Project Management support to other areas of the business • Support and collaboration with R&D and Sales and Marketing and Operations on new product launches • Analyzing product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine feasibility of new plant equipment or modifying existing equipment Requirements Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related science with 3 years experience. Medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • 3 - 5 years in Quality Engineering or Process Optimization and Process Development. • Experience with GMP required • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus • Process controls experience is a plus • People leadership and project management skills • Oral & written communications skills across the organization • Basic computer software skills including but not limited to: MS Office, database, Excel, and MS Project • Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com
