US-CA-Moorpark: Sr. QA Engineer by http://sqa.fyicenter.com 11/04/2011 01:04 US-CA-Moorpark: Sr. QA Engineer To apply for this position, please visit this Website. http://sqa.fyicenter.com/jobs/99666313_Sr__QA_Engineer.html To see other opportunities, please visit http://sqa.fyicenter.com Date: 04-Nov-2011 Sr. QA Engineer • Candidate must have competencies in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and project scheduling software, data analysis tools and statistical concepts, and extracting data from databases. • Candidate must have the ability to interpret complex blueprints utilizing ASME 14.5 GD&T and industry standard drawing callouts and a basic knowledge of machining processes, special processes (brazing, soldering and welding), surface finish, and coating techniques. • Candidate must effectively communicate and present information to team members, leaders and top management. • Candidate must be competent in technical writing skills and have a strong working knowledge of 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA and advanced root cause analysis tools • Candidate must have the ability to define problems, collect data, process data from multiple sources, establish facts, and make decision. • Candidate must have the ability to establish goals and objectives to complete projects. • Candidate must be either a certified and practicing Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt • Experience in both AS9100 and ISO9001: 2000 quality management systems, auditing, supplier selection, and production support. Education and Background: • B.S.
