Manager, Product Serialization, Deerfield, IL The Purpose of this position is to manage company serialization activities for US while supporting serialization activities, as needed, for other countries such as Germany, Korea, Brazil, China, India, etc. Maintain and improve the reporting functionality of the SAP Aie (Auto Id Enterprise) system to support the activities of Supply Chain Management, QA, Sales, and Marketing groups. Interfaces with regional, and industry peers, to maintain awareness of current and emerging regulations that may impact product serialization. Manage information on current and emerging country laws and regulations that require drug serialization, track and trace, etc, that impact the products we manufacture. Supply Chain Management SAP Aii, OER Super User. Manage and improve the functionality of the SAP Aie system to support Business Intelligence activities for Supply Chain Management, and other functional groups. Direct the coordination with third party IT programmers and developers to create new system reporting features. Manage serialization number data bank, create and revise country reports as required, lead activities to establish system connectivity to 3rd parties. Must be able to function independently and influence appropriate stakeholders. Create country specific reports to communicate valid number/product associations along with multiple levels of aggregation as required. Manage the selection of company preferred e-pedigree reporting system. Install, test and validate system within company environment and with applicable 3rd parties. Once validated, Maintain e-pedigree system with SAP Aie. Up to 10% travel, domestic and internal, may be required. -Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required. -Must have five to seven years experience in business systems and supply chain management. -Experience with SAP Aii, OER and PI is required. -Pharmaceutical/GMP experience a plus. -Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to deal with all levels of the organization.
