US-MA-Cambridge: Automation Quality Engineer by http://sqa.fyicenter.com 10/17/2011 02:57 US-MA-Cambridge: Automation Quality Engineer To apply for this position, please visit this Website. http://sqa.fyicenter.com/jobs/99666618_Automation_Quality_Engineer.html To see other opportunities, please visit http://sqa.fyicenter.com Date: 14-Oct-2011 Automation Quality Engineer • Maintain, utilize, and create test scripts for functional, system, regression, monitor, and performance test projects using script tools and open source test tools • Increase test coverage of automated and semi-automated tests • Support automation test framework and test tools • Execute regression tests and find bugs • Isolate and track defects using test tools, and Linux utilities • Communicate progress and issues • Work closely with Quality Engineering and Development team • 2-5 years experience in software quality engineer, automation development, and/or software development • Demonstrated skill at coding and debugging Bash, JavaScript, Selenium, Java, or Ruby • Shows a passion for learning all aspects of software quality and automation • Proficient with Linux environment • Enjoys coding, debugging, and finding bugs • Maintained test environments and utilized virtual test servers • Prior experience working with database and SQL queries • Knowledge of multi-tier web-based applications • Strong interpersonal and technical writing skills • BS in Computer Science.
