US-MA-Cambridge: Senior Automation Quality Engineer by http://sqa.fyicenter.com 10/10/2011 03:59 US-MA-Cambridge: Senior Automation Quality Engineer is position, please visit this Website. http://sqa.fyicenter.com/jobs/99666695_Senior_Automation_Quality_Engineer.h= tml To see other opportunities, please visit http://sqa.fyicenter.com Date: 07-Oct-2011 Senior Automation Quality Engineer • Build automation test framework and test tools • Maintain, utilize, and create test scripts for functional, system, regression, monitor, and performance test projects using script tools and open source test tools • Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests • Test multiple new features and regressions within software-as-a- service environments • Isolate and track defects using test tools, Linux utilities, and JIRA • Communicate progress and issues efficiently within an Agile process • Work closely with Development and Quality Engineer team members • 5-10 years experience in software QA, Automation development, and/or software Development • 3-5 years experience testing multi-tier web-based applications • 3-5 years experience working with databases (RDMS and NoSQL), and writing SQL queries • Demonstrated success with automation in a start-up environment • Proficient with supporting and/or creating automation test frame work, test library, and scripting • Skilled in Linux environment • Utilized software quality practices within an Agile environment, including creating test plans, test cases, defining coverage analysis, and developing automation tests • Demonstrated skill at coding and debugging in Bash, JavaScript, Selenium, Java, or Ruby • Shows a passion for learning all aspects of software quality and automation • Maintained test environments for multiple datacenters and virtual test servers • An understanding of network protocols is desired • Experience testing large data (terabytes) is a plus • Strong technical communication • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience To apply for th Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com
