1)looking for an experienced SQL Server Developer knowledgeable in:

2) SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for SQL

Description

Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance,
Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP
system configuration and customization. Provides ongoing ERP system
support. May be involved in the requirements definition and software
vendor selection phase. Usually requires 15 years of previous
experience.

external vendors and internal programs. Engage with Payroll, business
partners, developers and vendors to bring timely resolutions to meet

· Utilize the SAP Payroll platform to support our business
partners to resolve operational issues and deliver future
enhancements.

· Participate in projects to plan, design, and implement
initiatives that deliver capabilities on the Payroll roadmap.

· Manage and execute all steps in delivering a project,
including requirements gathering, design, system configuration,
testing, rollout, and support.

· Build partnership with Payroll and other IT functions like
application development, security, and infrastructure to resolve daily
support issues and project deliverables.

· Be highly effective in a team environment by leveraging
expertise of others to contribute to continuous process improvements
through use of best practice solutions.



Required Skills/Competencies:

· Minimum of a BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
experience.

· Possess superior analytical skills and be able to think
through complex, multidimensional problems.

· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
skills, proficiency in team communication and working as an effective
team member.

· Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability
to work independently in a changing business environment.

· Able to identify system solutions as well as communicate
functional design specifications to vendors or other internal IT

4)Business Objects Data Services Developer requirement in St.Louis MO

The BusinessObjects Data Services Developer is responsible for
designing, delivering and supporting the Extract, Transformation and
Load (ETL) solutions for cross-boundary data-to-data integration.
Responsibilities: • Design, implement and support/maintain the ETL
processes and components of the EDW environment and other data-to-data
environments to ensure stability, sustainability and performance
related to the delivery of timely and accurate information. •
Contribute to the definition and development of ETL technical
standards and Best practices • Ensure all aspects of ETL design and
implementation align with Monsanto’s model • Establish and ensure
appropriate ETL metrics are defined, monitored and managed in support
of the business requirements • Interact with the SAP Business
Warehouse and SAP Businessobject developers and architects to address
issues appropriately. • Assist in resolving technical issues such as
connectivity between servers, security methods used between servers
for authentication and authorization. • Provide guidance and expertise
to resolve technical issues in the day to day activities. Required
Skills: • BA/BS Degree in computer science, information technology or
related Certification • At least 2 - 5 years of development and ETL
type experience. • Experience with Business Objects development •
Strong technical skills, conceptual vision and ability to articulate
thoughts and ideas to others. • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work
environment and make independent decisions • Ability to deal with
